Linie Aquavit is a potato-based aquavit, distilled in a special blend of herbs and spices. The aquavit matures in Spanish Oloroso sherry oak casks in which the contents mature as deck cargo, crossing the equator twice. This produces an unusually soft and well-balanced aquavit with unmistakable notes of caraway, anise and orange peel. Enjoy at room temperature with smoked salmon, marinated herring and other mild shellfish dishes.
