Terms and Conditions
When you are flying with one of our partner airlines, you have the option to order tax-free goods in Airshoppen for delivery on board the aircraft. When you shop in Airshoppen, you accept the terms and conditions of sale described below. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions of sale to any extent necessary (for example in relation to changes in legislation or changes to the technical set-up).
Placing an order
Airshoppen must have received your order no later than the time indicated when you log in to Airshoppen – typically 4 days before departure. You can order goods for both your outbound and return journey. Please note that outbound and return orders are considered two separate orders. This means that if you want to take advantage of our “4 for 3” campaign or other offers, the items must be ordered for combined delivery on either the outbound or the return journey.
Once you have placed your order or made a change in Airshoppen, you must click on "Get updated order details" and you will receive an email with updated information about your order. Please note that regardless of whether you click the button or not, the most recently updated total amount shown in your shopping cart will be charged via your chosen payment method when the payment deadline expires.
You will receive an email with the final order confirmation once we have packed your order (approx. 4 days before departure). A purchase agreement, to which these terms and conditions apply, is only concluded when we have confirmed your order and you have received the final order confirmation at the email address you provided. We recommend that you keep the final order confirmation in case you need to contact Airshoppen’s customer service.
If you do not provide a payment method and pay for your order before the order deadline expires, and you also do not cancel your order, orders of DKK 300–2,000 that contain fewer than 10 products will be packed and delivered to you on board the aircraft if you are travelling outside the EU. At that time, you can decide whether you want to buy the items or not. This is only an offer made to you as a customer. Please note that you can always make use of your right of return.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must actively click on cancel order or remove individual items from the basket by clicking on the red crosses.
You must be at least 18 years old to shop in Airshoppen.
Changing or cancelling an order
You can change your order of tax-free goods, seats and meals on board up until the time indicated when you log in to Airshoppen – typically 4 days before departure. After this time, it is no longer possible to make changes to your orders.
However, you can always cancel your purchases of tax-free goods when you receive them on board the aircraft. See the section on right of withdrawal and returns below.
Prices
All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT and any applicable taxes. The prices valid at the time of ordering apply.
This range is valid on flights departing from Denmark in the period1 November 2026 – 14 May 2027. We reserve the right to make changes due to customs regulation updates, printing errors, missing deliveries from subcontractors, and force majeure (including industrial action and epidemics/pandemics). The listed store prices in this range are provided by our suppliers and do not take into account any time-limited promotions or similar offers. The store prices are as of August 2026 and refer to physical stores, not online shops. Certain products are only available on the tax-free market. In these cases, the stated store price is indicative and has been prepared in consultation with our suppliers. Please note that the term “Taxfree” as offered on EU routes means that Airshoppen has paid the applicable customs duties and VAT on products where this is required. This allows you to buy at the same price as if you were travelling to a destination exempt from customs duties and VAT.
Delivery of duty-free goods
Your tax-free goods will be handed to you on your flight. We will deliver the items to you on board the aircraft on your outbound journey if you have ordered items for that leg. Items ordered for the return journey will be delivered on the return flight. It is important that you check that the contents of the bag match your order before you leave the aircraft.
Please note the following rules regarding the delivery of your tax-free goods:
For travel within the EU, your goods will be delivered to your aircraft seat at your destination.
For travel outside the EU, your goods will be delivered to your aircraft seat in the country of departure.
Payment
You can only pay for your items online in Airshoppen. We offer various options for payment by card and MobilePay.
Our webshop uses NETS Payment Solutions, the Nordic region’s leading provider of online payment solutions. We only withdraw the money from your account when your flight is closed for orders, before the goods are dispatched. Since we process outbound and return bookings as 2 separate orders, this means that we charge the amount for the outbound booking approximately 3–5 days before departure. Likewise, the amount for your return booking will only be charged about 3 days before your return date. A higher amount can never be charged than the one you approved at the time of purchase.
Tax-free goods, seats and meals ordered for the outbound journey must be paid for on the outbound journey. Right of withdrawal and returns
You can add and remove items in your shopping basket up until the date stated when you log in to Airshoppen – typically 4 days before departure. However, you can always change your mind when you receive your tax-free items on board the aircraft. If you return the items on board, the cabin crew will not charge you for the returned products.
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal on purchased goods. The withdrawal period runs from the time you receive the item. You must contact customer service within the 14 days. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to tobacco and alcohol.
When the item is returned and the right of withdrawal is exercised, this can only be done if the item is returned in essentially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. You may unpack the item and try it, as long as you can return it in essentially the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal therefore lapses if you use the item in a way that clearly and significantly reduces its resale value. Remember that any packaging must be intact.
If you withdraw from the purchase, you must cover the shipping costs to Airshoppen yourself. The purchase amount will be refunded to you by bank transfer once Airshoppen has received the item and checked that it meets the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal. Please note that you can only return your items with PostNord.

Right of complaint
As a consumer, you have a 24‑month right to make a complaint on all products. For products with a limited lifespan, however, your right to complain is limited to the normal durability period for the specific product.
If you discover a defect or fault in a purchased product, you must contact Airshoppen no later than 30 days after delivery and explain what the defect or fault consists of. Depending on the specific situation, the product will be repaired or replaced. If this is not possible, you may receive a refund of the purchase price or a reduction in the price. This naturally presupposes that the complaint is justified, and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, harmful behavior, use of incorrect voltage or current type, collision and accidents, vandalism or similar.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with returning the product, when the complaint is justified. Remember to enclose a copy of your order confirmation as well as your payment receipt.
We want happy and satisfied customers and encourage you to get in touch if you experience problems with a product you have purchased.

Replacement items
In rare cases, it may happen that a specific product is not in stock in the packaging we normally carry. In such exceptional cases, we reserve the right to deliver the same product in different packaging, if possible. For example, a sunscreen that is normally 400 ml may be delivered as 2 x 200 ml, or a 3-pack of mascara may be delivered as 3 individual mascaras of the same type and quantity.
Reservations and disclaimer
We reserve the right for sold‑out items, misprints, spelling errors, changes in delivery from our suppliers, force majeure, and delays beyond Airshoppen’s control. Airshoppen cannot be held liable for indirect losses, including consequential damages, loss of operations and turnover, loss of profit, loss of time, loss of enjoyment, or any other indirect loss, unless otherwise provided by the mandatory rules of general Danish law.
Please note that the term “Taxfree” as offered on EU routes means that Airshoppen has paid the applicable customs duties and VAT on goods where this is required. This allows you to buy at the same price as if you were travelling to a destination exempt from customs duties and VAT.
