Jura The Bay 12 Years is an expressive single malt Scotch whisky, which is initially aged for several years in ex-bourbon barrels made of American oak, and then finished for 15 years in carefully selected casks that were previously used for fine Spanish Pedro Ximénez sherry.
The Bay is characterized by a lovely flavor of figs, gingerbread, and raisins, combined with a long and full burst of sweet licorice in the finish.
