Remarkable Calvados made solely from cider from the apples harvested in Pays d'’Auge, a region covering almost 6% of Normandy. Matured in oak casks for a minimum of four years, the Calvados’ acquires a magnificent golden hue, with strong notes of apple and apple flowers and crisp notes of vanilla and oak.
